The client
ABSbouwteam is a Ghent contractor, consultant and tailor-made partner focusing on villa construction and total projects.
The challenge
ABSBouwteam contacted me for a micro website for their new Lightfalls project. They wanted to launch the PR story through classic flyering , enhanced by a website with more information and atmospheric images.
While these websites are often considered a minor "necessary" evil for customers, I insisted on providing a thorough 360 ° strategy , with an emphasis on digital, to make the sales a success.


The quest
Unlike most promotions - where the communication ends on the website - the strategic approach went a bit further.
A clear call to action to subscribe to the newsletter was supplemented by a thorough newsletter strategy , which ended with an exclusive offline sale during a pre-sales weekend .
The result
Thanks to capturing the visitors, catching and keeping their interest warm via the newsletters and an exclusive invite for the special event, the sales weekend became a unprecedented success .
The same approach was also integrated into the new ABSbouwteam website: clear, clear communication supplemented by a dialogue via newsletters with potential and existing customers. Later this was also supplemented with target group-oriented social media campaigns .
